Trafford Palazzo is a striking shopping and leisure destination next to Manchester’s Trafford Centre. Known for its grand, Italian inspired architecture, it offers a blend of retail, dining, and entertainment in an elegant, spacious setting. The space combines , dining, high-end retail and entertainment under one roof.
As the lead on the Trafford Palazzo rebrand, I was responsible for seamlessly integrating and rolling out a fresh new identity across every touchpoint. From large-scale signage to social media, B2B presentations to B2C experiences, the project involved a complete visual and strategic overhaul.
Brand communication and identity

Seamlessly weaving the Trafford Palazzo brand into every experience, I ensured consistency and impact across all channels — from eye-catching posters designed for retailers, to bold large-format signage throughout the venue. We also crafted compelling branded pitch presentations that supported business development efforts, helping attract new retail partners.
Retouching

To promote the Trafford Palazzo brand and attract prospective retailers, we developed tailored pitch documents that brought the vision to life. I produced a series of in-situ brand retouches, placing potential retailers within the space itself — allowing them to clearly visualise how their presence could look and feel within the environment.
Hoardings and signage

Throughout the large premises of Trafford Palazzo there was a need for greater way finding and brand presence. I created some flags, gable signage and hoardings that were used in various places around the site to improve the customer experience.
Marketing campaign
I led the creative for a festive marketing campaign centred around Christmas at Trafford Palazzo. Key events included: Entertainment, Arts & Crafts, Food & Drink vendors, and a Christmas Tipi experience. I developed a bold, character-led illustration style paired with a festive market-inspired typeface, creating a vibrant visual identity. The campaign was rolled out across the centre and digital platforms, bringing seasonal energy to every touchpoint.
