Identity and brand design integration for the self-storage industry’s most comprehensive market intelligence platform (Saas)
Built on progressive tech and a passion for progress, Radius aims to turbo charge profit and investment opportunities for anyone in or looking to get into the self-storage space. As Creative Lead, I guided the strategic and visual evolution of the Radius+ brand across web, product, and digital platforms. The goal was to unify and modernize the brand while improving usability, engagement, and storytelling across every touchpoint.

Website
The existing website had become visually segmented and difficult to navigate. The brands voice was lost and the original design no longer reflected the innovation of the product.
Process: Reintroduced brand colours with more subtlety to restore visual harmony, retained and refined the original graphic imagery to create more intrigue and cohesion and reworked the layout to reestablish intuitive page flow and hierarchy.
Outcome: A refreshed website experience that feels more unified, modern and intuitive- creating a stronger first impression and supporting the brands credibility as a forward thinking platform.

Digital and Social Presence
Radius+’s social and video content felt dated and repetitive. Static templates and inconsistent visuals failed to reflect the energy and innovation behind the tech.
Process: Rebranded the YouTube channel with redesigned thumbnails and structured video series (e.g Hot Tips) to help users get more value from the app. Overhauled social templates to introduce a more dynamic streamlined look and ensured all visuals aligned with the updated system.
Outcome: A stronger digital engagement, improved visual consistency and a more energised audience aligned presence across all channels.


Product Integration
The Radius+ app onboarding process was overly complex, leading to high bounce rates and incomplete sign-ups. The UI was cluttered, with redundant navigation elements and a fixed layout that limited usability.
Process: Partnered with a lead developer and product manager to audit the full onboarding journey. We simplified the onboarding flow to reduce friction and encourage completion. We then conducted a UX/UI analysis that revealed duplicated information and navigation inefficiency.
Outcome: A cleaner, more intuitive user interface that improved onboarding metrics and gave users more control- significantly enhancing the product experience.

Process: I Concepted and executed a creative campaign centred around a play on the phrase ‘speed of light’- focusing on speed, insight and intelligence. I delivered a tiered rollout strategy: Teaser and launch social content, custom marketing landing page, supporting email seried and a promo video.
Outcome: A cohesive, cross-platform campaign that elevated the brand’s partnership narrative and drove interest, engagement, and click-throughs around launch.
