Identity and brand design integration for the self-storage industry’s most comprehensive market intelligence platform (SaaS)
My role was to guide the strategic and visual integration and evolution of the Radius+ brand across web, product, and digital platforms. The goal was to unify and modernise the brand while improving usability, engagement, and storytelling across every touchpoint.
Brand & Web
The first thing to be refreshed was the website. We wanted to better showcase the product and align more closely with lead generation goals and the brand values: Ambitious, Disruptive, Trusted, Integrity. (See additional pages in website design section) Merchandise worn at trade shows was also refreshed to further centre the brand for users and potential new business.
Digital and Social Presence
I developed a scalable set of branded templates for all social channels and events promotions, designed for marketing. Ensured high visual consistency across all outbound content while allowing flexibility for changing strategies. I also created a bold high contrast YouTube thumbnail style aligned with the new tone of voice that increased click through rates. This approach extended to themed video content, e.g. the Hot Tips series—videos focused on helping users get the most out of the Radius+ app
Product Integration
I partnered with product and engineering to identify issues and overhaul the onboarding process, roll out updates to UI components, iconography, and in-app microcopy. We prioritised accessibility and customer feedback with weekly meetings to implement changes and brainstorm new ways of improving the user experience. #Integrity
Marketing Campaign
